The Weight is Over Program

Welcome to The Weight is Over Program administered by The Nutrition Professionals.

You have taken the first step to reaching your weight management goal. We look forward to accompanying you on your journey.

What Is The Weight Is Over Program?

The program’s focus is on life-long weight management rather than on the short-term “diet” using meal replacement products from Numetra. The Numetra products are designed to achieve healthy weight loss.

How Does The Program Work?

There are four phases to the program.

  1. Screening/ Initial Consultation – Discuss medical history and meal plan with your RDN.
  2. Reducing Phase (16 Weeks) – Numetra meal replacement products are used in this phase.
  3. Adapting Phase (8 Weeks) – Transition back to grocery store foods.
