Strawberry Chia Pudding
In a small bowl, stir together chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Cover with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
When you’re ready to eat, remove lid and stir gently. Spoon half of the pudding into a separate bowl and combine with mashed strawberries.
Divide strawberry chia pudding between 2 serving glasses. Then top with plain pudding and garnish with sliced strawberries.
This recipe would also work well with bananas, peaches, blueberries, cherries, and mangoes.
Try substituting the strawberries with whatever you have on hand!
