In a microwaveable bowl, mix together:
½ cup old fashioned oats
1 Tbsp (unsweetened) cocoa power
2 Medjool dates, cut up
1 cup water
Cover and Microwave for 3 minutes.
Then add 1/4 tsp of cinnamon (optional), 1 Tbsp ground flax (optional) and mix to blend cooked dates.
Top with:
1 cup berries
¼ cup Chopped nuts
4 oz Milk or non-dairy milk
