Dana Stapleton was born and raised in Arizona. She got her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition/Dietetics at Arizona State University. She completed her dietetic internship with Priority Nutrition Care Distance DI, which allowed her to gain experience in a wide variety of settings. She has a background in clinical and long-term care nutrition, culinary and foodservice management, and plant-based nutrition.
Dana’s mission is to help people turn daily practices and actions into long-term habits that improve their health. Through her work experiences and her own personal experiences, she’s uncovered strategies and tools people need in order to cultivate a healthier relationship with food and change behaviors for long-term health.
When she’s not talking about food and nutrition (which is rare!), Dana enjoys cooking and food photography, going for walks with her Great Dane, hiking, working out, exploring farmers markets, and spending time with friends and family.
