Logan received her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University, and completed a combined Master of Science and Dietetic Internship program with Marywood University. She got into the field of nutrition because she found that many chronic diseases and illnesses could be prevented by the way that we eat. She enjoys helping individuals make small, sustainable changes that will lead them to living a life they enjoy.
Throughout her studies in Nutrition, Logan has found a passion in guiding others in their journey to finding a healthy relationship with food. By having a healthier relationship with food, she believes it will help create a balanced lifestyle that doesn’t have to include Yo-Yo or fad diets.
When Logan isn’t working, she is outdoors, exploring new hiking trails or camping. She enjoys backpacking, traveling, cliff jumping and going for walks with her pitbull, Cora. She is also an avid weightlifter and has competed in many powerlifting competitions.
