This exciting six-week nutritional education program is a great mix of individualized counseling to help you meet your own diet and nutritional goals, but with the added benefit of the support of a private Facebook community who are on a similar journey.

What You’ll Gain from Just Tell Me What To Eat 

Healthy Eating Plan

This program is designed to educate you, to train you to enjoy a healthier lifestyle when it comes to your nutrition choices. Many people do the wrong things for the right reasons. We will get you back on track doing the right things for the right reasons! Through the course of this six-week program you will:

  • Understand the principles of healthy eating for a healthy mind and body.
  • Learn how to apply those healthy eating principles to real life situations and lifestyles.
  • Graduate with the confidence to make healthy food choices.

This six-week program includes:

  • An initial 1-hour comprehensive nutrition assessment with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.
  • The creation of a personalized plan specific to your individual lifestyle and medical conditions.
  • Five weekly virtual workshop sessions.
Your responsibilities:
  • You will develop a weekly menu with grocery lists and review it with your RDN.
  • You will have a daily check-in via the private Facebook page with your RDN and group members.
  • You will work to identify your barriers to success and discuss those with your RDN.
  • You need to attend all the virtual sessions to get the most out of the program.
What to expect:
  • You will recognize the important aspects of healthy eating.
  • Learn how to make informed food choices.
  • Identify key areas of lifestyle management for healthy living.
  • Discover new recipes and learn grocery shopping tips.
  • Build friendships in a closed Facebook community where you will share and learn from each other.
