Maya’s goal is to help people develop confidence in making healthy behaviors a way of life. She feels that skill building and education in the areas of healthy eating, cooking, grocery shopping and exercise will give people the tools to make better decisions about food.
In her free time, Maya enjoys sewing, trying new restaurants, and exploring Arizona on dirt bikes with her family. Maya loves to travel and experience new cultures and foods and strives to take a trip out of the country once a year.
