Erika received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and completed her dietetic internship both through the University of Arizona. Throughout completing her education, she has always strived to be a part of her community by volunteering with various nutrition programs as well as working at the local hospital in the nutrition department where she gained clinical experience.
Erika always inspires to learn something new, which is why she is in process of completing her Master of Public Health through Grand Canyon University. With this degree, Erika strives to use her nutritional expertise towards preventive measures in public health.
Coming from an Italian family, Erika has learned that relationships are important towards making a difference in people’s lives, therefore she loves to take the closeness she has with others towards her passion and work in nutrition.
On her spare time, Erika loves to listen to music and dance, play with her dog Harlow, cook and experiment with different foods, and draw.
